Fat Cat Predator 80% Tungsten Steel Tip Darts with Storage/Travel Case, 23 Grams

I am a basement, recreational dart player. I'll have a few friends over to watch football or basketball, then we'll throw some darts before or after the game. So keep that in mind when I say I really like these darts. I won't be comparing these to the very high dollar darts, because I've never thrown them. They're out of my league (pun intended). Regardless, I do have several sets of decent, non-tungsten darts. Decent for the basement player, anyway. In comparing to them, these darts are much slimmer and have a more solid feel about them. I seem to throw a tighter grouper, albeit not always where I'm aiming. The consistency is there, though... The flights wore out fairly quickly, even with protectors. But I really think this is because my groupings are so much tighter, I am hitting the darts against each other much more often. So I can't say this is a flight problem, as much as it is a problem from improved play. The aluminum shafts are fine, but you do need to get some O'rings to keep them from twisting loose. The case is nice, but I don't really care about cases since I don't generally travel with them. All in all, a good dart for the money.

I was looking for some thinner darts to get tighter groupings, but that were still of a decent weight. These 23 gram tungsten darts came with aluminum shafts installed, 2 extra sets of black plastic shafts (making 6 total), and 2 sets of flights (also 6). There was also a dart tool, a decent case, and 3 flight protectors. It would have been nice if they included o-rings to keep the shafts from loosening up over time, but they didn't. Overall, these darts seem to work ok and feel great in the hand, but the reason they don't get 5 stars from me is because the points aren't perfectly centered. When rolled on a table with the shaft removed, the tips are obviously slightly bent, each in different amounts. I tried to bend them as strait as I could, but could never get them quite perfect. I am not entirely sure how this effects their performance, but expected a little more precision. (I compared these to some decent English made darts I have and they did not have this problem). I thought about sending them back but after I noticed they weren't centered I had already thrown them a couple of times and the black tips were already missing a lot of the paint, which comes off easily. I ended up sanding off the rest of the paint and they look much better. For now I guess I will stick with these darts, and perhaps see if I can remove and replace the steel tips in the future.

Great price for a great set of darts. These were my first set of darts, and even after buying two other (more expensive) sets, I've found myself returning to these. The top of the barrel is ever-so-slightly thicker than the middle/bottom, which I really like. The grip is great as well-- not overbearing, but always enough to feel secure in your hand, even if you have a looser grip. While the shafts pair nicely, I ended up putting the 8-Flight spinning shaft/flight system on it. I found these darts to be perfect (for me at least) when attached to short stems (19–23mm) The only thing I'd like to be improved is the durability of the flights (especially since the design is cool). The top of the flights are rather easy to tear up after a couple dozen closely grouped throws. Other than that minor knock, these darts are really good.

Thin, light.more precise than others I have purchased and seem to fly faster.

I bought these darts after joining a league and finding that the first set of darts I bought just weren't working out for me. These are really nice. The best part about them is that the shafts don't come loose when your playing like a lot of darts do. They come with a tightener in case the shafts come loose but I have never had to use it and have been shooting darts with them for the past 15 weeks. The case is nice and the darts come with 6 extra shafts, a tightener, and an extra set of flights, so you get a lot for your money. The barrel is thin for tighter groupings.

These feel really good in my hand and I've noticed a difference in my throwing when I use these. The grip is nice for my smaller hands. I chose these because they were on the lighter side with a nice flight design. The wolves are what drew my attention and I'm glad they did. My brother and my mom also have seen a difference in their throws using these. They look the same as their picture. My only complaint, and it's not a big deal to me as it adds a certain touch to it, is that the black tip is fading a bit to silver.

I'm new at darts and recently purchased these to play casually in local bars. very nice set has extras plus a case. the weight is good. I have used darts at a local bar and compare to these those seemed very light. satisfied so far for my first set. hopefully will improve my game.
