CSB He Reads Truth Bible, Evergreen Cloth Over Board, Indexed, Black Letter, Wide Margins, Journaling Space, Illustrations, Reading Plans, Single-Column, Easy-to-Read Bible Serif Type Review: Great Bible 🤍 - I purchased this for my boyfriend and was able to look through it before gifting it to him. It’s purely an amazing Bible, especially for anyone just starting to get into reading it. It’s very detailed and I LOVEEE the “summary” type page it has before every book. I also own the “She Reads Truth” Bible, so I was able to compare the differences and I actually love them for him. I know there’s things he’ll enjoy in this Bible that I wouldn’t particularly resonate with, and vise versa for mine. It’s also a very sturdy Bible, just to add on lol! Review: Love this Bible - This is a great Bible. I love all of the additional study points, reading plans at the beginning of each book, cross references, and maps. The only thing is that the pages are very thin and almost transparent, but still hold up well to my gel highlighter.

Decent study Bible
This Bible is easy to read. The print could be a little bigger but I think that's just me. There are some prefaces and timelines and some maps. I was hoping for more directed reading and definitions but there are daily readings in a straight read through with a couple related or relevant verses to include with each daily reading. The cover and box are nice.

My husband loves it
It's truly a beautiful Bible. My husband appreciated it and it's so nice to read side by side with my own She Reads Truth.

Superb layout; helpful information; insightful commentary
Let's just get this out of the way—this is a hefty Bible. It's 2.5 inches thick. Although for it's thickness, it's not all that heavy. The layout (as seen in the picture) gives me ample space to jot notes, cross-references, etc. It is without cross-references and a concordance—drawbacks if those are "must-haves" for you. With a Bible on my phone, etc. with search, I don't miss the concordance. I could go for cross-references. What I like: - the layout gives me space for notes; - line matching—this is where the text lines up with the text on the previous page, so that ghosting is minimal. This is good, because the paper is thin—more on that in my dislikes. - the book introductions and suggested related reading are well done; the intros are concise, but to the point. - the charts, maps and illustrations are very well done and where you'd expect to find them. What I don't like: - the paper is thin and even with line matching, there is ghosting; fortunately though, I have not had highlighters bleed through; - it's already thick, a few lined pages in the back for notes would have been nice; - it would decrease the thickness a bit if they made the pages bigger—most of my Bible have 9 x 5.75 size pages. This one is 8.5 x 5.5—doesn't sound like a lot, but that extra space would put more text on the page and thus a tad thinner Bible. Overall I am very happy with this Bible. I often perused the She Reads Truth Bibles in bookstores and I was thrilled when He Reads Truth debuted.

The pages have enough spaces for notes. It's about 2.5 thick and I just wish that the hardcover should have been thicker.

The book in itself was fine, but arrived in s broken slip case, so had to be returned.
