Good solid fire. Looks great when installed, goes really nicely under my TV in the media wall we had built. No installation issues all went very smoothly. lots of colour options when installed and different timers available if you need them. only slight critic would be the instructions/remote is not so simply to programme and we ended up having the fire come on during the day when we were out, without us knowing - I think it could be simpler or have a warning light to show its been set into programmed mode.

I spent ages looking for a built in electric fire for my new media unit. I was prepared to pay a lot more but I am very pleased I ended up with this one. It was not cheap, but it looks great now it has been installed. I have had favorable comments from everyone who has seen it. The flame effect is so realistic someone held their hand in front to see if it was giving off any heat! The only downside I have found so far is the remote control has so many options it is difficult to master. Sometimes the heating element switches on automatically when I was not expecting it, but it soon switches off again once the temperature of the room has risen to the set level. No problem with the noise of the fan. You don't notice it when the TV is switched on. I have included a before and after photo. The gas fire in the first picture was broken. It is still there together with the surround hidden behind the media unit.

Everything was so simple. Very way to install well packed and looks beautiful 😍 very satisfied with the product and quality and very good price too so highly recommended

Great electric fire, well packaged and very straight forward to assemble, flame effect can be used with no heat, operated via remote control. No noice at all with flame effect only. Great flame affects and brightness. So far so good

I was slightly sceptical about ordering something like this online but I am so happy I did! It is a beautiful fire and great value for money. I had been looking for a while for a fire that was like this but not too pricey. It's met my expectations and even exceed them. It's a beautiful feature and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a stunning addition to their home.

This fire is fantastic and finished off the new dining/kitchen room perfectly. The different coloured LED'Scomplement the room depending on the mood you are in and the three flame settings are fantastic. Having bought this in the summer we haven't really used the heater but the wife loves putting the blue flame and LED'S on to make the room feel cosy while watching a film. The fire is easy to fit and looks stunning.

Proceso de entrega perfecto, llegó antes de lo previsto, cuidadosamente embalada. Instrucciones de montaje no demasiado claras (y no por estar en inglés). Funcionamiento perfecto, imagen muy real, no hemos usado mucho la calefacción, pero no es ruidosa y parece suficiente para una habitación mediana. Satisfecho con la compra.

J'ai été agréablement surpris par la rapidité et la qualité de l'envoi. La commande passée dimanche soir et mercredi dans la matinée je l'ai déjà reçu chez moi (10 jours avant la date prévue) . L'emballage est parfait, dans un carton solide. La cheminee est comme sur les images de l'annonce. Effet des flammes très réaliste, le chauffage fonctionne très bien. Bref, c'est produit de qualité.

Arrived quickly from the UK and cleared Customs okay. But somewhat disappointent. We thought there was a glass surround AND changing colours. No colours change and reading the manual, this has to be purchased separately. In the ABOUT THIS ITEM: is clearly states: "CUSTOMISABLE FLAME & LIGHTING EFFECTS: Choose from yellow, amber or blue flames, with multi-colour fuel bed lighting. Mix effects with log or crystal beds to suit your interior mood." Unfortynately there aren't any colours to choose from. Pity.
