A good buy
Lovely machine, quite compact for storage but does all that i expected. Very pleased with it, but a word of advice , my husband found the blade a bit sharp!!!! He didn't do too much damage to his finger though and will be more careful in future, he might listen next time I tell him something

Value for money.
It looks good and I particularly like the in built storage for most of the attachments. Have not needed to use it yet, so can’t comment on performance.

Chefs cook food processor
Appeared to be a quality product at first, but had a part missing the dive shaft. Thought l would plug it in before l contacted Amazon absolutely dead ,tried three different plug in sockets, did not turn on. Spoken with Amazon to arrange return and told the only way is to print of label and take to a pick up point to in Newquay ware l live, there are no pick up points in Newquay ! Explained l don’t have a printer and asked for a label to be sent and it to be picked up, they apparently are unable to do this. This food processor cost me £89, so l have tried to contact the company that supplied it to Amazon and got dirtied to a messaging service. Really bad customer service from Amazon, operative, l will not be fobbed off l want my money refunded !

Does everything you would want it to do.
Had this a while now. Very efficient, does exactly what I need. Love the storage drawer.

Sturdy unit, good value for money, excellent customer service
Generally very happy with this unit and the value for money it represents. The footprint is a bit on the large side — the mixing bowl doesn't fit on a kitchen scale which is inconvenient, and has some ridges which make it difficult to scrape everything out. When I needed to contact the manufacturer's customer service, they could not have been more responsive and helpful.
