HIDEit Mounts for Mac mini M1 M2 - Mac mini Mount, VESA Mount, Under Desk Mount

I have a music workstation with a bunch of nonsense on it. For the longest time I my Mini was in the dark underneath a speaker stand that was behind a mixing board. Now it's back in view with plenty of fresh air to breath and sights to behold. Sorry, I love my computer, that's all. I can 't understand some of the negative reviews. Maybe there are some QC issue at the manufacturer. I didn't find any flaws on my mount that were covered with black marker, and the mount fits a Mac Mini perfectly. As far as scratching from the metal mount is concerned, I don't plan on removing and replacing the computer that much at all so there shouldn't be any scratching. You'd have to torque pretty hard and yank at the wrong angle to cause a scratch on the computer with this mount. Computer slides in nice and easy, no scratchy. I for one am satisfied with the mount I received, and the installation was a breeze. I used my own screws because the ones provided were too long for my purposes, but that's not the fault of the manufacturer. I can't address any issues one reviewer had about screw holes not matching up to a VESA mount, the holes on the one I received measure properly for 75mm and 100mm VESA mounting. I'd buy another. Maybe I will, I have another Mini that could use a more accessible home. And the price is decent. Support USA Made!

The product is well-priced, and a quality product. Nicely made and black in color. It took all of 3 minutes to install and my Mac mini is secured and out of the way. Folks, you have a choice on where to spend your money. Buy AMERICAN every time. Let’s do our part to keep our businesses in business!

I bought this so I could hide my Mac mini under my desk and I’m very happy with this purchase. It comes with the appropriate hardware to attach it to the bottom of your desk or wall. I chose the wall due to my desk top being on the thinner side and made of particle board. I recommend this for the price as it fits the Mac mini great. The value for my money is great and better than other similar items that are more costly. The build quality is good even though it’s only plastic. But it’s light weight and does its job great.

Worked for both my old 2018 and 2023 (M2) MAC Minis. Love how 1/5 of the mac sticks out, for easy access to all the plug-in sockets, on/off switch, etc. Just be careful not to scratch the outer surface of your MAC Mini as you slide it in or out (but for essentially permanent installations like mine that's easy to manage if you move the MAC in or out slowly). Otherwise the rack is well engineered, clean edges and surfaces, well painted and really the perfect rack for mounting your MAC Mini.

Sturdy, easy to install, gets the Mac mini off the desk. I take one star off because it could be improved with two little strips along the edges to protect from metal-on-metal scratching if you have to take you computer out of the holder. For the price, this should be included. However, it was easy enough to add myself.

This was perfect for my Mac mini M1. It let me mount the computer to the bottom side of my desk so it's completely out of the way and out of sight. A little cable organization and it really lets you clean nearly everything away from your work space. The design lets it breath to prevent any heat issues and its easy enough to slide the computer out if you need to but it stays put otherwise. It's easy enough to mount pretty much anywhere you'd like to and in just about any orientation needed. Glad I picked this one up!

At first I was a little worried because the bracket is metal and I didn't want my 2020 M1 powered Mac mini to get scratched. But, after easily mounting it to the underside of my desk -- with 1/2" #8 wood screws I had to buy because the ones provided didn't work for my application -- I carefully slid the mini in and all was good -- no scratches. Now my desk is less cluttered and I couldn't be happier with this bracket. It's a keeper!

Perfection. Leaves enough space for the device to have airflow. Fits perfectly on my monitor. It does not scratch the device either. Couldn’t ask for more. I like to so much I purchased one for my Xbox as well. Very satisfied. I have a very small space for my desktop and this helps keep the clutter off my desk.

I bought this to mount on the back of my monitor to free up desk space, I like a completely empty desk, and it fits the bill perfectly. I pretty much now have a poor man's iMac as the Mac Mini sits quietly on the back of the monitor and is completely unobtrusive, as the monitor also has a decent cable management system you would have to look behind to even realise there is a computer attached. The only caveat is that if you are someone who is constantly switching peripherals this may prove to be a messy solution as it involves pulling the monitor out constantly, I've solved this by sticking a USB hub to the rear top of the back of the monitor, this is connected to the Mac and allows me to easily plug in peripherals without dragging the monitor out each time.

Works excellent. Mount holds the Mac mini perfectly. As not to scratch the computer, I recommend placing some protection tape on the inside of the mount before final installation. That way, you will not scratch the finish on the Mac mini. I just used several strips of clear Gorilla Tape on the inside top and sides where the mount contact the computer. The mount is excellent quality and includes some mounting hardware.
