These Permacharts are excellent to help learn about so many topics. The medical related are exceptionally useful to know which questions to ask for clarification. Take them along to appointments & if medical staff get irritated or doctors don't want to take the time to address your concerns then that's a big clue . . . find another doctor.

Just as described

Very nice guide and has a lot of useful information on it as a quick, go to reference. A lot of stuff that I never knew and I got these cause my family has been suffering a lot of skin and allergy issues so we have decided to cut out the chemicals and other things that aren't natural to try and better our health. These guides are handy to have as a quick guide, I reference them all the time. Would recommend to anyone who needs something quick to reference.

Since this is a bi fold lamanated product. I would request that it be shipped between two pieces of cardboard or something similiar so that it is not creased in the shipping process, I have no complaint with the product as it is very well layed out and the information very thorough.

Great for studying, quizzing, referencing.

I bought this (and several others) because I was nerding out, I am no longer in school. Both Nutrition ones I got were excellent and, although very similar, they also complimented one another with a little bit different (not conflicting) information. The efficacy of any of these for classes will depend, at least somewhat, on how the instructor has outlined the curriculum. Some info may or may not be relevant for your course (as learned when I was in school and a peer had a few of these which did not help us with our classes- not a fault of the company though!)
