I'm not sure how long these will last, but these were the best option for my feet (already got my money's worth for the holidays). I have a narrow heel, it's why most of my shoes are boots or have a strap, and my feet will routinely move off or actually move the whole insert in my shoe. These grab onto your feet like a sock, wear them under your socks for extra cushion. Since I only ever wear heels (some more drastic than others), and have started developing calluses (that I get removed once every 3 months), I decided to buy something for metatarsal support. These are it man, they "might" not be good for people with severely deformed feet (I would check with your pcp first) but for people in their 30s that have 4-5 calluses these help prevent regrowth. Only one of my calluses has started coming back, but I have a feeling it's due to one of my pairs of shoes being too small (these pads won't help with that).

Seems to be comfortable with walking shoes. A little cumbersome to put on haven't used long enough to say if are effective

These gel pads were easy to use since the top is as long as the back. It fits easily over your toes, and the only fault I found was the bottom had too many vent holes , instead of smooth backing. But haven't had them long enough to see that maybe those vents help to keep your foot from sweating. Otherwise they seem to do the job that they are advertised to do. Only problem is the vents on back of gel split after about 4-6 Weeks. They are guaranteed for life. So I will send them back for new pair.

Extremely soft and flexible! Fits snugly and relieves pain in all pressure points. Protects misaligned toes from rubbing each other. They are comfortable and you almost don’t even notice they there on you feet! I instantaneously noticed pain relief and correction of toe alignment! Also I regained the ability to bend my toes completely with the toes being individually supported! May I add I can now hold my foot to do a pedicure without them hurting while they are being held. The cushion effect is out of this world! This is exactly what I needed as I have had reconstructive foot surgery 20 years ago for a bunion on my big toe, a shattered second toe that looked like a hammer toe on X-ray and oh yeah they shortened the pinky toe and cut the tendon on the 4th toe! So basically the only toe that is left for support is my middle toe which make is difficult to balance, the pinky toe second toe and big toe are shorter now and this is all on one foot I might add, I can’t tippy toe or jump and run and stand for long periods. Nothing and I say nothing has worked like these amazing orthotics! Did mention I am able to tippy toe and stand for long periods now? (I have only had them on 30 mins, lol) but I wasn’t able to stand this long so before, so I can only imagine that will be able to jump and run now! Haven’t been able to do that in 35 years!!!!!

I am on my feet all day for work constantly moving. These hurt sooo bad! First, felt pretty snug when i put my socks on, then felt extremely snug when i put my tennis shoes on. I thought since I'm not used to it I'd have to get over the initial discomfort. Nope! I was dying with each step counting down the hours to my lunch so i could take off. Can't just take off at my workplace. Might be good around the house and definitely won't be wearing with sandal or heels bc it's pretty unflattering to look at and my feet would be squished.

My wife tried this to relieve neuroma pain in her right foot between 4 and 5. Wore it for two consecutive days and it seemed to make the pain worse. No doubt it works for others, but not for her.

I have problems with 3 toes on my left foot leaning on each other which results in a painful callus on my pinky toe. I've tried a bunch of other products that made my toe hurt more. I put this product on and instantly had a happy foot. I've worn them all day for 3 days in a row, taking them off at night. Socks and shoes fit over them nicely after a bit of adjusting. Curious how long they'll last [answer - 2-3 weeks]. Highly recommend.

Finally a toe separator that you can actually wear while walking!!! I have tried just about every product that is made for Morton’s neuroma and bunions. I have not found any that were comfortable to actually wear while walking which was what I needed. They either hurt my foot or did nothing. I suffer from Morton’s neuroma and have had bunion surgery as well as surgery on my foot where my horse stepped on it. These are a life saver!!! They are soft. The toe separation part is not too thick, I took a picture of it compared to the yoga toe separator which is the average size. The big toe design is simply genius!!! I will be purchasing more in case they ever stop selling them.
