A must if you are thinking about bringing Martial Arts to the VA
This should be the syllabus for anyone undertaking a veterans' program in Aikido. Richly detailed, compassionate, and earnest. We were overwhelmed when our members said they'd like to take Aikido to the VA, but this book was a lifesaver. We didn't have to reinvent the wheel. Osborn sensei had already been there before us. It is a treasured resource!

Informative PTSD / Aikido
Guy knows PTSD and Aikido. Been reading it for several months, going over the material. I think it is helpful for PTSD as part of therapy. It seems to offer the client three things: a safe outlet for aggression, a method of self protection and an Ah-ha moment which centers the client with the therapist.
