Works great in meeting the higher standards for filtration of water from Sears Kenmore/LG French doors refrigerator water dispenser. I usually look for less expensive alternatives that meet the samr filtration standards (42 and 53).

These filters seem to keep the water clean and drinkable. They are easy to install.
