Q: Can anyone post/link a picture of the sheath? Also, this is the biggest Tom Brown tracker knife correct? Is it a horizontal draw belt sheath?

The manufacturers site has a couple of pictures of the Kydex sheath. Yes. Yes.

Q: does this knife have serration like the picture?

The serration is exactly as shown in the picture. It is on the "spine" of the knife, not on the actual blade itself. The serration is very much like that on a chainsaw, meant for making notches in wood for traps, fireboards, and other such survival essentials. If you intend to use the serration to cut down a small tree, expect to spend a full day on the project. If you are into practicing survival skills, or want to have a do-it-all knife for the glovebox, buy the Tom Brown Tracker T1, T2, or T3 depending on your preference and never look back.If you have any other questions, just drop them here and I will try to address them promptly.

Q: Does the shealth for this knife fit in the hornizontal position?

It does fit nicely in the horizontal. The sheath contains two metal clip like attachment points that rotate and are quite stiff. They stay in which position you rotate them to and in the horizontal I have had no problems with this knife.

Q: Can this sheath be configured for left handed draw?

I don't think it can because the knife would be flipped upside down and the weight of the knife vs the sheath would have the knife falling out. Best to get one of the customs TB Knife sheaths being sold on the internet in my opinion.
