There were two (2) wrist bands in the package.

Q: How long for this one? 3” or 6”

They are small, a little under 3 inches after several washes.

Q: how wide is the band?

They are very stretchy, currently at 2 & a half inches. But that's after I've worn mine for several months. Don't know what they started out as.
