They work well ...Until they break.
Ive purchased 2 pair of these head phones. I really like them. They are comfortable and work better than some if the others I have tried. The sound is crystal clear...not muffled at all and the range is good. They work well with Avaya. My only issue is that after normal use, they broke in the same place twice after a couple of months. I think I will try another brand this go round.Update... I have yet to find headphones with the clarity that these have. Guess I'll have to stick with these.

Will undoubtedly break after one year
I've purchased 3 of these. Every time around a year out, the plastic piece that connects the earpiece to the headband snaps off out of the blue. No pressure, drops, or anything like that. But the quality of the audio and everything else about it is so good, so I just figured I'll buy it with an Asurion plan and file a claim when it breaks. Only now, apparently, Asurion is being very difficult. Now they want me to send it in for repair... which I am quite sure will take 2 weeks until they get back to me and say they couldn't repair it so here's the Amazon gift card reimbursement... and leave me without a headset which I use for work for weeks.

Great fit, connects easy
Pluses= Good fit (they are a bit tighter than my last set), connects easy (other than software is company controlled).Cons= very low volume compared to my last set (Plantronics, but they were over $100 more). I would spend the extra if I would of known.

Work at Home Must Buy
Like many others I've suddenly needed to work from home. I bought two pairs of these headsets (one for my wife) and both are working well. I like having one ear open so I can be aware of sounds in my environment. Being able to connect via Bluetooth and mobile phone make joining WebEx/Skype/Teams/Zoom conferences easy. If I plan to be near my desk then I use bluetooth and VOIP. If I need a little more mobility around the house because I'm not an active participant on the call I choose the cell phone dial in method.I've configured mine to beep every so often when I'm on mute. If you're at your desk and using the include bluetooth dongle the status light on the dongle lights red on mute. When connected via cell phone there is no indication so the reminder every ~30 seconds is nice. Many peers struggled with different headsets but this headset just works.

Breaks Easily at Earpiece/Headband
We deployed dozens of these headsets about 8 months ago with a new VoIP phone system but are having a lot of them break where the earpiece meets the headband. We don't believe staff are doing anything intentional to cause this. This appears to be a design flaw in the strength of that joint and I see others noting this in the 3 and under star reviews as well.In other regards, our staff like the sound quality, noise canceling, and sleek look of these, but this one thing is a growing source of concern. Jabra should really investigate this and find a way to reinforce it or replace the parts with metal ones in this area.

Great headset -
The headset is comfortable for an afternoon of calls. It works perfectly with Skype and PC audio. I recommended it to several other coworkers who work from home and had been using wired headsets and they love it also. While wearing it, I am connected to both my PC and my cell phone and can easily take calls on either. The only problem I have (and this may be me not knowing how to use it perfectly) is that when I am on a Skype or Teams call and the cell phone receives a call, I lose the audio to the PC as the cell bluetooth connection seems to override. So when I am on important work calls, I simply turn off the bluetooth on my phone. I get about 50 to 60 feet of range.

VERY disappointed with distance allowance
I'm VERY disappointed with the distance allowance. You can't get more than 5 ft from the computer before they can't hear you on the other end. I do really like the battery-saving feature. I always forget it on, but it turns off, and when I'm ready to use it the battery is almost always full. But I share my Skype line with my family as our home phone, so needing them to stay in my office while talking is a deal killer!! I will be replacing it!
