I’ve been using the Gillette ProShield Power razor for a few weeks now and it’s quickly become my go-to. The shave is super smooth—no tugging or irritation—and the power feature adds just enough vibration to make it glide effortlessly. The anti-friction blades are sharp and gentle, and I’ve noticed way less skin sensitivity compared to other razors I’ve tried.The precision trimmer on the back is a nice bonus for tidying up edges and getting under the nose. I keep threatening to come away from Gillette because I think they are a tad pricey and I object to lining the pockets of professional footballers paid to advertise the brand. That said I have found they do give a close wet shave which is superior to others. The blades last well and I never suffer from nicks or cuts. So I keep my eyes open for a well priced bargain and this met the bill. I agree with other reviews that the battery pulse doesn't add that much to the shave, but I do use it.

Yes, I'm a woman but a few women have said they use mens razors so I thought I would give them a go, my brother recommended this razor, it's absolutely brilliant, I have to say it's the best razor I have ever used, and I've tried loads, my legs feel so soft and smooth, not going back to ladies razors

Disclaimer I'm a lady but I've always used mens razors as I just feel they do a far superior job. This is my first time buying Gillette in several years as I tended to prefer Wilkinson. I was getting a bit disillusioned with Wilkinson so thought I'd give Gillette another go to see how they've evolved over the years. These are fantastic. I've been really unwell for years and the past year and a half I've been severely unwell and unfortunately I haven't been able to shave twice a week like I used to. So full disclosure I shaved the hair down there which I last did almost three months ago for a hospital appointment and this razor just zipped through it in roughly 6 or 7 minutes and it's still more than sharp enough to use again, possibly even more than once again. In comparison with my previous blades the Wilkinson equivalent I went through four brand new blades for the same shave. Absolutely recommend these I'm super impressed and I'm very grateful to have them to massively cut down on the time it takes to defur in light of my severely declining health.
