I am using this book for a Talent Management class. It's good, helpful, and organized well. It's a textbook; therefore, it is not necessarily fun reading. If Talent Management is your Human Resources pursuit, you will get a lot out of this book.

Book contains a lot of good information for IO Psychology Practitioners and HR professionals. I love how the chapters are divided up to be not to long but have great information.

Content is useful, but there are so many typos. Doesn't anyone proofread any more?
