Good product as per price it is beyond mark

I bought this Pigeon Strike Beard Trimmer hoping for a good product, but it’s been a complete disappointment. The trimmer doesn’t work properly — it fails to trim smoothly or maintain any consistent length.What’s worse, when I tried to claim the warranty, there was no support at all. Amazon’s Pigeon support number didn’t even answer or call back, and the manufacturer never responded to my emails.Totally frustrating experience! Don’t waste your money on this product. I strongly suggest people buy something else because this trimmer is useless and the company doesn’t stand behind it.

Here’s my review after using it about seven times (for beard and mustache only)Packaging gets a 10/10, unboxing this trimmer felt like unboxing a phone.Design and build score 9/10, there’s a small light near the blade to help see where you’re trimming, an LED display shows the battery percentage, and it’s water-resistant and easy to clean.However, the blades aren’t very fast or smooth. It takes 2-5 attempts to trim one area, and the attachments aren’t up to standard.I haven’t charged it yet, so I can’t say anything on charging.Honestly, this trimmer isn’t for me, but I’m giving it a 3 because I can tell Pigeon put in a good effort.I bought a Mi trimmer (waterproof) since its blades are sharp, easy to clean, and better suited for my regular trimming.Hopefully, Pigeon will release a better trimmer in the future.
