Pandan Coconut Milk Pudding

This was my first time making Buko pandan pudding and it turned out pretty good! My husband is Filipino and enjoyed eating this! It is super easy and quick to make. I just added bits of baby coconut and condensed milk for a perfect refreshing summer snack!

Sets into a thick pudding; much faster than jello. Cubed and mixed with tropical fruits makes a very tasty and light dessert.I am very pleased. My guest were delighted. K.
